What do you think about investing in Bulgaria?

I recently had an offer to invest in a mountain resort in Bulgaria. What do you think about the real estate market in Bulgaria? Do you think it is enough lucrative? I know Bulgaria has wonderful mountains and I realy wonder whether it will be a good idea to invest in a mountain resort like that. If anyone can help me out with this issue...Thanks
